Here is Sir Ernest Shackleton's expedition ship Endurance (ex. Polaris built Foreness Mek. Workshop in Sandefjord)) as visible ute in Bukta at Leith harbor in 1914. To the left is the transport ship Coronda and kullholken James Turpie. The ship and the crew spent 1 month in Grytviken before they sailed towards the Antarctic on 5. December.
