Endurance i Leith Harbour
Here is Sir Ernest Shackleton's expedition ship Endurance (ex. Polaris built Foreness Mek. Workshop in Sandefjord)) as visible ute in Bukta at Leith harbor in 1914. To the left is the transport ship Coronda and kullholken James Turpie. The ship and the crew spent 1 month in Grytviken before they sailed towards the Antarctic on 5. December.

Leith Harbour
Salvesens transportskip SS Southern Opal and SS Southern Opal ved kai i Leith Harbour. In the foreground you can see the range Jericho where the old station was. The station was hit by an avalanche in 1929 where three men were killed. After this it was decided to move the station to the place where it lies in this picture.

More games and fun
Once a scene taken from the gallery during midwinter concert which was held in the cinema. Since it was a Saturday night and a “rom” Today so did the evening a huge success.
